Great concept in this excellent series, Nighty.
I like the contrasts of the glove against the background. Reminds me of hand puppets as well.
Great use of the different shaped, different colored blocks to represent dexterity in the hands.
Once again great concept :)

this is shaping up to be an excellant series nighty.
very inventive.
it reminds me of mimes. yet very minimalistic.
communicating,...expressing,...with only hands.
and now adding color. i wonder what other subtleties
are in store. what other expressiveness will you explore.
perhaps some emotions?
is there any significance to the order of the colors?
or the shapes? probably not.
you know me,...always seeing more than what's there,...
then missing what is.

there is no significance to the order of the colors and the shapes,

there is nothing to "get" really is there? lol it's such a simple piece that i guess it starts to make you wonder if there is hidden meaning.

it's just a piece of art. a clever piece of photography that is well balanced, entertaining and quirky. It's clever because it does start to make you think there might be something more than is there.

thats a majician for you. Marion the majician. :D

Hi there... I LOVE series shots... I just adore a group of images strung together by a common theme. Most of my shots are done that way. I find it important that each shot stand on it's own and then together they make you gasp for air... So far you have the "each stands on it's own" down well. Great shots both of em.. Can't wait to see them all together...

Abstract work... ;)
Why a square, a circle and a triangle?
And why they of different colors?

well there is no specific reason for the shapes and colors other than trying to create
a harmonic, colorful and fun composition :)
thanks for the comment
