nah-- the heart shape is not very obvious. but when you mention it-- the heart pops out at you each time. if the flowers were red- then you would probably notice that more. but it would take away from the white uniform coloring.
you're recent work with flowers has been nothing short of spectacular!
this new cokin filter you're using seems to add an almost ethereal element
to your images.
but, it's not only that,...i'm really liking the environments that you're creating/developing/inserting
your flower arrangements in as well.
and the same GOES for the arrangements of the flowers themselves. not just
taking them, bunching them up and sticking them in a pretty vase. you're taking
the time to study and almost 'pose' the individual flowers. the investment your
putting into your work shows.
that shot you submitted to neggum's contest is one of the coolest flower shots
i've ever seen! i loved that one! hurry up and submit that one here as well!
for now though, i'll just fave this one!
ok. rambling done.
the softness feel in thie is amazing. the way you captured the flowers, close to their shadows, against the light blue/white background is very good. great composition, i like how theres quite a lot of space above and below the flowers. i can see the heart shape, after i read the description i could see it instantly but to be hoenst i dont think i would have seen it if you hadnt of said.
